Pre-Order Policy
Types of Pre-Orders:
Each pre-order product will be clearly labeled as either a Full Payment Pre-Order or a Deposit Pre-Order on the product page.
Customers do not choose between full payment or deposit pre-orders; it is determined per product listing.

Full Payment Pre-Orders:
Customers are required to pay the entire product price at the time of pre-order.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be collected at the time of pre-order so that once the product arrives, it will be shipped immediately with a tracking number provided.

Deposit Pre-Orders:
A 20% deposit is required at the time of pre-order.
The remaining 80% balance, along with any applicable shipping fees, will be collected once the product arrives and is ready for dispatch.

Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds:
Before the pre-order deadline, both full payment pre-orders and deposit pre-orders can be canceled and fully refunded.
After the pre-order deadline, the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable, as the order quantity has been finalized with the supplier.

Delayed Shipments:
Estimated arrival times are subject to change based on the manufacturer’s production schedule. We appreciate your patience and will update you if delays occur.

Supplier Issues & Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the manufacturer or supplier fails to fulfill the order, we will fully refund the amount paid (including deposit and any additional payments).

Refund & Return Policy
Failure to Complete Payment (Deposit Pre-Orders):
If the remaining balance is not paid within one week of notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and forfeit the deposit.

Refunds for Defective Products:
If a product is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the issue. We will assist with a replacement if available or provide a resolution based on the manufacturer’s policy.
Minor box damage or packaging imperfections are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Policy Updates & Final Interpretation Rights:
WAIFUHOBBY STUDIO reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via our official channels.
